Scott did an absolutely tremendous job at our company's All Star Sales Conference. He has a powerful message and delivers it in a way that really gets the attention of his audience. At alternating times he had the audience laughing, crying, but throughout he had them thinking about how they were handling the challenges they each face every day.
I had the opportunity to visit with Scott by phone prior to his speech. He was sincerely interested in what made our organization tick, and wanted to know what issues our agents are currently facing. He incorporated our discussion into his speech, personalizing it for our group.
The morning of his speech I met Scott early to do a sound and video check, and to make sure the staging worked for his presentation. We also got to visit during the breakfast prior to our awards program and his speech. You can learn a great deal about someone by working with him and conversing with him over a meal. Scott is a truly nice person, very easy to talk with, and has a warm and engaging personality.
Scott would be a great fit as a speaker for any organization, but particularly for the insurance industry, given his background as a member of MDRT. I would highly recommend Scott as a speaker to anyone.
