IT professionals have experienced a great deal of transition in the last decade. They may have signed up for “tech jobs” but have found themselves as key players; they are now oriented as a profit center and under pressure to understand the human condition. The above transitions run parallel with the theme of my next book, The Age of Speed - what to do with an oncoming force - you embrace it and use it to your advantage. Growth in this market place will be facilitated by the leadership groups who grasp and embrace innovation.
